    I am the fire chief for one of the larger combination fire departments in South Jersey. Our department contracted with Jacqui to help our staff gain knowledge and to become more physically fit in order to better complete our mission. Jacqui is a complete professional and extremely knowledgeable. She analyzes an individual's current physical capabilities, designs a program using goals and follows through to ensure you're getting everything you'd expect and more from a personal trainer. She cares, she's persistent, she encourages, she coaches, and she mentors. And the end result is usually more than you'd expect. She is highly recommended for individuals or for groups.

    I have worked out with Jacqui for more than a year. I initially required her services because of chronic back pain from my first pregnancy. I also wanted to lose weight and live a healthier life style. I immediately saw relief in my back pain from my workouts with Jacqui where others had failed. I also started losing inches and feeling much better about myself. Jacqui is the whole package. She will create a workout that best suits your needs and lifestyle. With a small child at home it is hard for me to make it to the gym and I don't have the money to have a lot of equipment in my home so she took the time to show me ways that I could work out using what I already had in my home. This was extremely convenient and very typical of how Jacqui works. I would strong recommend her to anyone seeking a personal trainer.

    Jacqui has been my personal trainer for almost a year now. Under her tutelage I have lost 67 pounds, and am fast approaching my goals of improved health, lower cholesterol, flexibility, and physical fitness.
