Jacory is just great. He keeps the workouts fun, varied, interesting and challenging. He's extremely positive and encouraging, with a great personality. He understands my goals and is helping me achieve them. He's very careful to make sure that I'm working hard, but also very safety conscious and puts a lot of emphasis on good form. I've been working with him only for a few months, but I'm stronger and have more endurance now. I look forward to my workouts with him.

Hiring Jacory as my trainer was a great decision. I've had other trainers before, but none have been as involved and dedicated to my personal goals as him. His sessions are challenging and diverse, so I never get tired of doing the same routine week after week. I look forward to each session, because I know that I am getting a quality workout.

Began personal training with JaCory to jump start weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. He designed exercises focusing on my capabilities and body needs. He incorporated various training tools to keep workouts challenging. Until working out with JaCory I dreaded running. He slowly introduced running into my workout routine and I have since completed two 5Ks. JaCory has made me feel comfortable working out at the gym and with his encouragement I have attained by weight loss goals.

I've made good progress training with JaCory. Exercise routines are varied and challenging. Exercises start at a basic level, with intensity steadily increasing over time. Workout frequency remains flexible and is accommodating to busy work schedules.

jacory is an excellent instructor. next level living is one of the best classes i have taken. he pushes you to do the best you can while changing the class every session to keep it fresh. skill level does not matter as he gives tips to individualize to your own ability.
