I am the lead trainer at Fitness Together West and a Graduate of Eastern Michigan University. My passion is teaching others the benefits of exercise and how it can change a person’s life. I bring a variety of knowledge to fitness together, specializing in strength and conditioning, core stability, flexibility, sport specific training and functional training. I believe exercise is essential for everyone and will improve anyone’s life. I want to help others achieve their goals no matter what they are. Personal training is unique because not one person is the same as another. It helps keep a variety each day. If you have the right mindset and motivation anything is possible. I have been in sports for my entire life. I have played baseball, football and was on the swim team. I was also a college cheerleader and ran triathlons. I also have background in many other sports from golf, soccer, track and field, cross country, basketball and volleyball. My interests are snowboarding, wake-boarding, fitness, football and skydiving. I plan on helping you reach all of your fitness goals!
