I was on our volleyball, basketball and track team in high school. I loved to ski, rollerblade, ice-skate, ride my bike . . . until an accident landed me in bed with a broken back. Atrophy and mismanagement brought on another 20 plus years of pain and frustration, until I discovered Pilates. I could see how much practicing Pilates was helping me and decided to dig deeper. I became a junkie. When I wasn't training, I was teaching. I had found my purpose in life. I can now do all the sports that I have missed and, better yet, help others get stronger and healthier. I love what I do. My home studio is called Pilates Transformer. I want all my clients to feel empowered and realized that they CAN transform themselves!

I have had the honor of having Isabelle attend my Indoor Cycling Classes over the years. She is an excellent example of an instructor who walks her talk. She pays close attention to proper alignment and has an obvious respect for technique. It is a delight to recommend Isabelle as a Pilates instructor, especially for clients who may have experienced an injury and want to get back to an active lifestyle.

Isabelle is top-notch. Her classes are challenging, yet safe. Her vast knowledge and education is evident in her cueing and explanation of exercises. Her own personal experiences and injuries allows her to relate to her clients and work with limitations and the need for modifications as necessary. Yet, she still kicks some serious booty every class!! I am thrilled when my schedule allows me to get in to one of her classes, and I am honored to be able to call her both a colleague and a friend.

SHE IS THE BEST! No one is better. If you're looking to get your booty into shape Isabelle will do it in the snap of her fingers.
