Hi, I'm Ali Crockett, Facilities Manager, 1st Degree Black Belt , Group Fitness certified, Wife, and Mom of two adult sons . In 2008 my Team Mate, Karin and I started Naga Indonesian Martial Arts. We taught children ages 4 to over 70 years young. It is an Indonesian Martial Art called Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen. It was brought to the United States in 1956 by Mas Goeroe Agoeng Willy Wetzel, a Dutch Indonesian Man. We taught a satellite school program at the Laurel School in Brewster, private lessons at my home studio in Chatham, and at special community programs for Teens/Adults,and at Willy's Gym as well as Community Centers on Cape Cod. This year I decided to teach Group Fitness and Beginning Martial Arts in the online world. Ready Go! is something I say out loud before jumping in the bay for a swim, beginning a project, and to gain momentum. With Martial Arts tools, I've learned how to turn indecisiveness into action.
I like to swim, play and practice piano, collect rocks and sea-glass, kick the bag, and laugh with the dog, family, and friends. One of my biggest joys is seeing students do something they never thought they could do! So, let's Ready Go!
Thanks for stopping by. All the best,
