I have been working with Holly for almost a year to rehab after major surgery and assorted injuries. She has excellent knowledge of physiology and kinesiology and uses her varied background to design challenging and always-changing workouts. She is very enthusiastic and extremely thorough. She puts a lot of time into designing workouts to help achieve my goals, but then can pull another trick out of her bag on the spur of the moment if an injury flares up. I would recommend her sessions to anyone who needs to rehab after an injury, get on track with their fitness routine, train for an upcoming event, or just needs some structure or new ideas for their workouts.

Holly is a fantastic trainer! She helped me get and stay in great shape. I started working with her to help me recover from a separated shoulder and, because the training was great, then just continued. I also had a mountain biking goal of successfully making the ride up Puke Hill in Utah. I enjoyed making that call to her from the top to tell her I had made it!

Holly will help you achieve your goals too.
