Upon moving from Iowa to Virginia I started my fitness journey over again while working on my graduate degree. I enjoyed seeing the physical, mental and emotional impact that fitness had made in my life. Upon graduating I decided I wanted a change in direction and started moving in the direction to become a Certified Personal Trainer.

Since becoming a trainer I have enjoyed helping others change physically, mentally and emotionally. I look forward to experiencing new challenges and getting to know new clients. I will never give up on anyone. I promise to be one of the most motivating and energetic individuals you will ever meet.

    I highly recommend Hillary. She was always prepared with a challenging workout and a fun, supportive attitude. I left every workout feeling happy, confident and exhausted. I would jump at the chance to work with her again.

    I worked with Hillary just over a year before she moved. During that time she helped me achieve physical goals that just didn’t benefit me physically, but mentally as well. I’m a firm believer that if you feel physically strong, it will help so many other parts of your life. Hillary can help get you to that feeling. Her encouragement, knowledge and guidance sets her apart. I feel very lucky that I got to work with her and whoever gets the opportunity to work with Hillary will also be very lucky.

    Working with Hillary has helped change my life. I was extremely overweight and on a path to poor health when I first met Hillary in September of 2014. It was at that point I started a journey of renewed good health and fitness in my life. Hillary is so knowledgeable, motivational, and encouraging. She’s the best personal trainer anyone could ask for! I have strong days in the gym, but there are tough days that push me to my physical limits. She’s always there to help me through and say “you’ve got this!”. I’ve lost over 100 pounds so far but, more importantly, I’m more confident now in cementing an overall health and fitness lifestyle change in my life. I cannot say enough good things about Hillary. She is the best!

    Hillary is extremely knowledgeable, full of energy, and driven for success! She is much more than just a trainer, because she takes the time to get to know your needs as well as goals. Hillary makes working out actually fun, but kicks your butt while doing it. She takes pride in being educated and knowing more than what is expected of her. I challenge anyone to give her a chance it is money well spent!
