    Henry has been working with me for three months now and he has done a great job in helping me achieve my goal of weight loss. I have medical issues so he was able to tailor the exercises accordingly. Also I have low stamina but he made sure I made the most of my workout session. He was also extremely accommodating and flexible with my schedule.
