Anyone who knows me knows I keep myself quite busy with numerous athletic activities on a daily basis. My personal daily workouts can range from lifting weights, HITT workouts, rock climbing, parkour, and ninja warrior training to swimming in the ocean. I can say that after 15 years of dabbling in so many physical activities, I know how to help you live an active and healthy lifestyle doing what you love to do. You just have to find out what that is- and I am here to help! Staying active is the only reason I was able to do well in so many of the things I do without getting injured. I've only been injured once from overuse in my fifteen years of intense fitness. I've learned that being well-balanced in all parts of your body (and your nutrition) is important to staying healthy. For me staying active is the reason why I have so much energy to do all these athletic challenges. For you staying active may mean having more energy for your kids, doing better at a triathlon, feeling happy at work, or just sleeping better. But just like anything else, I dedicate the time and energy to making it a priority in my life. I will go over your goals with you and then customize a training program that works best for your body and interest level. Tell me what excites you and I'll incorporate it into a workout.
