Anyone can make you sweat, but it take a special trainer to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle - that's what Heidi does.
She not only does the physical things to make you drop weight, she can give you the extra things that can help you keep the weight off.
She is personable. She has the personality that makes you want to train and see her again!

I am an Exercise Science major at Slippery Rock University, so I know that being active is an important part of a healthy life. I also know that I am not the biggest cardio fan..However, I've been doing Heidi's Outdoor Bootcamp class for the last couple weeks now and absolutly LOVE it! Yeah you can run on the treadmill and get your cardio in that way, or Heidi uses natures equiment (sand, hills, uneven turf) and gives the participants a cardio workout that you can't experience in a gym. I'm a pretty physically fit person, and I find myself sweating and feeling like a million bucks after I take Heidi's class. Awesome instructor, two thumbs up!
Wow Trisha! That's high praise coming from a super-fit chick like you!!! You are definitely one of those participants that's a "Trail blazer"...you being there motivates others to give it their all! Thanks for your kind words...see you at Bootcamp on Thursday! XOHeidi
