Heather Valentine, the founder of One Fit Mother, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who believes in building your best body from the inside out.

Her unique approach to fitness and food can be attributed to having tackled her own health challenges – hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities and an extra 70 pounds of baby weight – and transforming them into a positive philosophy and dynamic training system.

Specializing in weight loss and strength training for women, Heather understands how to customize workouts for maximum results in minimal time. She also teaches you simple to follow food strategies for more mindful based eating habits believing fitness should enhance your life not be your life.

    Heather is a phenomenal trainer! She puts together a solid program to help you build strength and lose inches. She's a great motivator and will switch things up to keep it interesting. Heather is also well versed in helping you train to combat day to day issues, such as siting at a desk for 9 hours a day! She also knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition, she's completely changed the way I look at food.
