Heather Burbridge

Heather Burbridge is the Arts and Activities Director for the Clifton Springs Area YMCA. She has taught dance since 1997, in Virginia, New York and Tennessee. She started dancing when she was three and has never stopped! Heather has studied with the NY Ballet Academy, Hampton Ballet and the Virginia Ballet. She has also worked as the Artistic Director and Choreographer for the Thomas Nelson College Dance Team in Hampton, Virginia. Mrs. Heather founded the Dance With Me Company in Tennessee in 2003 and brought it to the CSAYMCA in 2013. Currently, Mrs. Heather also works as a health coach for Beachbody and the YMCA. Heather is certified to teach PiYo LIVE, group exercise, pre-school dance, creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz and ballroom. She taught traditional Chinese Dance for the East Tennessee Chinese School. She continues to educate herself in the dance field by seminars and workshops and is a member of the National Dance Educators Organization and USISTD.
