Growing up in Athens, Greece, I was a competitive swimmer for 12 years. I have over 28 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Harris is an amazing trainer. He encourages me to be my best self. I have trained with Harris for many years, in the gym, at my home, outdoors, in person and via FaceTime. My workouts are never the same and they are always challenging! Harris is a dedicated pro - I highly recommend Harris to anyone looking to fit working out into your busy life and get the most out of your training. You won’t be sorry!

Steve Kosnick. I’ve been working with Harris over the last couple years it has been a great experience. I am 64 years old. I have been working out with a trainer for 15 years prior to working with Harris. Over the last couple of years working with Harris I have made significant strides physically in how I feel and look. One of the most important things he helps me with at 64 years of age is keeping me in the gym. I don’t miss any workouts because of soreness or injuries. I would recommend Harris to anyone as a trainer for them and I am excited to continue working with him.

I started working out with Harris two years ago at the recommendation of a gym owner. My program was in preparation for hip replacement surgery. Two years later and two subsequent knee replacements later i'm still with Harris. His expansive knowledge base and understanding in post surgical recovery and rehabilitation has me back to doing almost everything I used to do both in the gym and out! Harris worked in conjunction with my surgeon and rehabilitation professional to design a program which helped me regain, and in many areas surpass, my prior strength and conditioning levels. It is safe to say that without Harris' help i would not be where i am today. He is a fantastic instructor and a terrific motivator and he would be a great choice for any first-time or continuing client.

I’ve been working out with Harris for about two years. I’m in my 50s has some lower back issues and some joint problems. He listens very well and is extremely intuitive on helping.... either fix or work through pain or problems ....He has almost remove my back issues!!!!... Between stretching exercises and exercise to build muscle I’ve been completely amazed! I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting to build muscle training rehab or just get in better shape he’s and amazing instructor. I’ve recommend him to several of my friends and they also have had great results and extremely pleased with him as a trainer and a person!

I started working out with Harris two years ago post elbow replacement surgery. Harris has skillfully and carefully worked with my many joint issues (30 years of joint destruction from Rheumatoid Arthritis) and helped me achieve a fitness level so I am in better shape now than 10 years ago. He tailored the exercises for both strength and conditioning so I could perform them without hurting my joints. Harris listens to concerns, adapts workouts and specific exercises and motivates me (no easy task!). His knowledge about the mechanics of the body allow me to push my limits but keep me from injuring myself. I am so very grateful for his expertise, patience, and sense of humor--all of which have helped me become healthier and happier. He is a talented, dedicated, caring professional that I would highly recommend.
