I started a fitness program with Haley and her methods and instruction were truly motivating. Not only did I sweat a ton but I learned so many things about my body and nutrition. First and foremost, she listened to what I wanted to achieve (a trait not present in all trainers). She then gave me periodic goals and a game plan to reach them -- and both were doable. Her on-top-of-everything style and energy helped me transform not only my trouble spots but my attitude towards exercise and what I was capable of doing. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Haley Stone.
