    After moving and working with another trainer for a little over a year, I went through 7 trainers until I was satisfied. Greg happened to be the 7th trainer I tried, and he was the one I stuck with. I was really looking for someone who knew what they were doing and and would be able to correct my form and really teach me. Not only does Greg know what he's doing and why he's recommending programs, he really cares about his clients and their success. He is always researching nutrition and exercise in order to become the most valuable trainer in terms of workout routines and performance success. Though I've moved to a new state, my one regret is not being able to work with Greg. He's extremely experienced and motivating which equals results. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll be extremely satisfied working with Greg, and you'll learn a ton!

    Greg has helped me tremendously in reaching my fitness and health goals over the past 2 years. He taught me that I don't need to work out 7 days and week and eat little to attain my health and weight goals. He's taught me balance and how to maximize my workouts. I was able to work out for 2-3 days a week and look better than I ever have. I would highly recommend Greg.
