I am an Integrative Personal Trainer, that focuses on training clients to balance fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. I am also a retired PhD Cancer Biologist who had a kidney transplant at 11 years ago, which is when I decided to change careers to help others with their fitness and wellness journey.
