In 2005, Gingy opened the first Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio in Southern Pines, offering a sophisticated approach to fitness. Gingy has trained with Bob Liekens for Power Pilates, Michael Wright for Golf Pilates, David Rasmussen for Gyrotonic Golf. Gingy is a blessing. Her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, various fitness program philosophies, and her years of experience make her a well qualified and outstanding instructor/trainer and role model. Gingy reaches out to all participants, no matter where you are in your fitness journey you will feel welcomed, motivated and successful in her class. I am so grateful to have met Gingy, and I look forward to learning and growing in my fitness “practice” and life. Letitia

Gingy is an amazing Pilates and Yoga instructor. Not only does she care about you personally, she is very knowledgable of the human anatomy and biomechanics of the body. As a chiropractor, I recommend my patients to build and strengthen the core with Gingy. As a student of Gingy's she is constantly targeting and training secondary/stabilizing muscles to help better my personal posture. If you have any weight, toning, stabilizing, or fitness goals Gingy is the trainer for you!

I began my Pilates journey with Gingy many years ago . I then continued my journey with yoga per her inspiration and support .
Gingy's education and years of experience as a teacher in the discipline of Pilates / Gyrotonics and in practice of Yoga as a student and teacher set her far and above the average teacher . Gingy is beloved and missed in Pinehurst ; a wonderful asset to the Danville area .
