This is Gina’s biography
I have been teaching aerobics for 19years. I was born in Canada and always participated in sports. Coming from an Italian family, food was and is a major part of our lives. However, watching my Mother in constant back pain and suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, as well as having heart bypass surgery, made me realize my life had to change. I wanted to be healthy and physically fit as an adult. Therefore, I have continued my life in the field of fitness.
I started teaching aerobics in Germany and I fell in love with the sport. I then moved to Florida and volunteered, at the YMCA as an instructor, and gained an appreciation for fitness. I started to accumulate many National recognized certifications. In, Step, Kickboxing, Brown belt in Karate, Pilates, and Zumba! By this time, I was devoted to fitness and became a Gym Owner. I continued to gain valuable information about the fitness industry. I realized then my true passion is helping people achieve a healthy, clean lifestyle.
I love teaching group classes however, I have noticed a difference when training a smaller number of people and recognizing the impact it made on their lives. So naturally, I became an I.S.S.A. Personal and Small group trainer. My certification continues to develop in Nutrition, Step, Pilates, Yoga, Jump Rope, Core, Kettle Bells, Kickboxing, Boot Camps, and TRX.
My two children and I planted our roots in 2004 in Seminole. Having lived in, Canada, England, and Europe the people in Pinellas County, who train and push themselves to be fit, inspire me the most. I feel so privileged to live here and to be a part of this healthy community. So let’s get strong together!

I have been training with Gina for over 9 years and she is by far the best instructor/trainer I have ever been to. I never want to miss a class! Gina is bright, enthusiastic and motivates people of all fitness levels. She has expert knowledge of healthy nutrition habits and will help you meet your goals! Gina is amazingly inspirational and makes her classes and training sessions both effective and fun. Gina's pilates classes and small group training sessions have improved my core and back strength, which helped me overcome back and neck muscle tension from scoliosis and herniated disks. She recognizes the need to modify when you have limitations, and still helps you achieve results to get stronger, leaner and healthier! She is the best and I am forever changed for the better for having trained with her.

I have been training with Gina for 4 years. She is extremely energetic and has a positive and encouraging style! She has lots of experience with personal training and nutrition. Her ideas are fresh, exciting and effective!!! I look forward to continued training and fitness success with Gina!!!

I met Gina in late July of 2015. She has helped me achieve fitness goals I never though I could ever attain. The combination of knowledge, encouragement and caring she brings to the table has inspired me to lose weight and become more healthier than I have ever been in my whole life at 49 years old. I can't thank Gina enough for all she has done for me and I highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a trainer with great knowledge and a heart.

I have been working out with Gina going on 3 years now. During that time I have had my shares of ups and downs. She has been my constant cheerleader. She never lets me quit even when I want to go home and sit in front of the TV and eat ice cream. Gina keeps me focused and keeps me coming back for more. Her workouts are not easy! When you think that it is going to be a easy day with her, its not! (wait there has never been a easy day with her). If you're looking for a challenging trainer, Gina is the one for you!

I have been training with Gina now going on 3 years. In those three years I have had my ups and downs, but Gina has always stayed my constant cheerleader. Never letting me give up when all I want to do is lay down and eat a pint of ice cream while watching TV. She keeps my workout fun, movating and even changes it when my mind is willing but my body just cannot do it. She is not easy but if you want a workout that fullfilling and worth your time and effort Gina needs to be your trainer. Thanks Gina for all of your hard work and dedication to giving me a great workout!
