    I have little athletic ability and usually hate exercising. But I realized as I was getting older I was losing flexibility and range. So I tried Gail's Balletone class and really like it. She doesn't push me more than I can do, but she's very encouraging. The class is really fun, It's a good blend of movement, strengthening and stretching. Don't let the "ballet" part of Balletone scare you. I recommend it to everyone.

    I took ballet classes for nearly 20 years and was looking to start classes again after a 15+ year hiatus. I began taking ballet classes with Gail 18 months ago and found that she is uniquely able to create a great learning environment that appeals to diverse skill levels. She focuses on technique in a non-intimidating way and always has a a diverse range combinations for each class that keeps it challenging. I also started taking her Balletone classes which are a great combination of cardio and strengthening exercises.
