You can be coached and work with an elite certified personal trainer and health coach who has been in the fitness industry for fifteen years and loves helping women of all ages transform their lives. Gail is a fitness and wellness enthusiast who treats each client as an individual with special desires and needs. Customized programs are designed according to goals, strengths, motivations, and challenges.
Personal training sessions provide total body conditioning for fat burning, toning and sculpting, increased strength, cardio and muscle endurance, and enhanced flexibility. If a client has injuries or problems, Gail modifies the program with expertise and attentiveness. The first meeting with Gail includes a fitness assessment and a review of your eating habits and lifestyle. Sessions include a 5-8 minute dynamic warm up, and a 35-40 minute work phase that includes compound and fat burning exercises and core strength. A relaxing assisted stretch concludes the session.
Gail’s health coaching programs provide a motivational edge for clients seeking self directed lasting changes that promote health and wellness and enhancement of well being. Weight loss and health challenges such as diabetes or hypertension are helped with personalized programs. Life changes such as menopause and the challenges of everyday life that produce stress and anxiety are also issues Gail specializes in. The first meeting with Gail includes a review of health issues and life style, a fitness assessment, a review of eating habits and daily routines. Session length varies according to the client and is available in person, via video chat, and online.

    10 out of 10 stars because Gail is rockstar! She really helps to push you to the next level, but is also great at working with you to modify if you have an injury, of which I have many (twice dislocated shoulder, hip surgery, compressed spinal nerves, etc.). Even at my extremely slow pace I’ve seen and, more importantly, felt a difference. She has multiple options for various modifications so if modification 1or 2 don’t work for my weirdness we go to # 3 and if that doesn’t work we go on to something else and revisit that the next go round so I never feel like I'm missing out. There’s tons of variety. Her concern for you is genuine. She also has given me “homeowork” to do on my own at the gym. She caters everything to you right down to your preference in music and room temperature. She is the true definition of a personal trainer. I wouldn’t travel an hour and a half for just anybody.

    I’ve been training with Gail for the last few weeks. Gail is extremely patient and explains the benefits of each excercise. My energy is up because of the workouts, and I feel challenged with each session. Gail has showed me how to work muscles that I have never used before, and I am already seeing wonderful Changes in my body, strength, and flexibility. Gail is absolutely amazing.

    Gail is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more exercises, pushing myself harder throughout each session. She also ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I actually look forward to my workouts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gail as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. Will be writing another review after completing my goals!

    I thoroughly enjoy working out with Gail. Her workout routines are varied and fun. In just a few weeks I've seen and felt a noticeable difference. I'm stronger, more flexible, and my endurance has increased. The exercises are tailored to me and I can easily replicate the routines at home in between our sessions. I definitely recommend Gail to anyone who's looking to expand their exercise routine - whether you're just getting started or consider yourself an athlete. Everyone can benefit from Gail's approach to exercise.

    I joined Gail McGhie's group fitness classes 7 weeks ago and I'm so glad that I did! I love to eat but I hate working out. Gail is amazing at what she does -- I was so impressed by the way she motivated me and actually made fitness fun!! I love working with the group as it pushes me more. We have a few exercises where we partner up and Gail personalizes each workout with music and a routine for all levels. I started off taking classes once a week and have just increased to twice a week. I actually look forward to my group works outs and love that I feel and look stronger.
