My name is Adriana and I want to help you take your personal fitness to the next level. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and am a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) coach. I have also been trained in a form and function intensive, which helps me make sure you are working out safely and optimally for your body. I push myself everyday to be the best i can be in and out of the gym. I really like to show others (of all ages) how to make fitness fun and a lifestyle and something to actually look forward to.

    Adriana is an amazing trainer who helped me tremendously in reaching my goals - weight loss, leaning down, getting stronger and significantly improving my overall fitness level. Adriana does a great job in tailoring the gym workouts to her clients' needs, and she also mixes things up to make the sessions interesting and even fun. Adriana is also in touch outside the gym, putting together home workouts, lending moral support and providing nutrition advice whenever called upon. I highly recommend Adriana!

    Adriana is awesome. I really wanted to add some good muscle mass on and i needed help because i didn't know what i was doing, i met up with her for a free session and she took her time to get to know me, asked me what my goals were, we went through a workout which was awesome then she set a plan for me and texts me almost everyday to make sure i stay on track.
