I earned my Master's in Exercise Physiology at Columbia University in New York City. I am currently studying to become a Registered Dietitian at NYU so that I can help clients achieve holistic wellness by addressing both nutrition and exercise. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and a certified classical Pilates instructor. I am also a dancer and dance teacher. I have an extensive background in exercise science, anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, nutrition, and psychology, and remain up-to-date with research in these fields. My areas of expertise include exercise science, fitness, and nutrition; proper alignment and form in movements; strength and flexibility exercises and conditioning regimens; nutrition/ weight management; stress management; behavior change; and dance, Pilates, aerobics, and strength/flexibility training. I am passionate about health, fitness, dancing, and helping others to achieve their goals. To help clients achieve their goals while finding balance with lifelong healthy habits, I started my business called Balanced Wellness that offers personal training, Pilates, nutrition counseling, and online health coaching.
