I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the local YMCA, and I am a facilitator for the CDC's diabetes prevention program and a weight loss program. Through my own life experiences and studies, I fully understands how difficult making and sustaining health behavior changes are. I approach clients and employees with honor and respect at their current place of health. I believe my role is one of a catalyst to help people discover what is truly and uniquely meaningful to them in wellness.
