I have been a Licensed Massage therapist since 1994, I also have my Associate degree in Physical Therapy and have practiced in orthopedic rehab for 10 years. Just recently got certified with NASM Personal Trainer program. I have always enjoyed sports and have been in the fitness world with emphasis on injury, rehab, and massage. I love to stay fit and enjoy playing golf and being outdoors. Born and raised in South Africa but have called Hawaii home for 28 years.
