I have been participating in Fran's strength training classes for over eight years. We start out with a good warm up, followed by a total body workout and finish off with a stretching cool down. A few of us are in our 70's and 80's ( I'm 71) but that doesn't keep us from keeping up with all the 50 year olds. It's a great way to stay in shape both mentally and physically. We owe it all to Fran who is the best!

I love coming to Fran's strength/exercise and aerobics classes at St. Luke's. We work out to music and Fran makes exercising fun. I thoroughly enjoy Fran's sense of humor. I started attending these classes a year and a half ago and I feel better than I have in many years. Before starting working out with Fran's direction I had a lot of shoulder issues, but since I've improved the strength in these areas I have a lot less pain. Thank you, Fran, for your time and dedication.

Fran is not only a superlative instructor, she is one of the most generous and kind-hearted people I have the pleasure of knowing. Her interest in and focus on her clients is excellent and it is obvious why those of us who are under her tutelage also consider her a dear friend. She is supportive of yet challenging for people of all age groups, which makes her very successful with the more mature exercisers, and she brings out the best at all levels. I absolutely encourage anyone interested in developing a community-based exercise program to join her St. Luke's classes, or to work with her one-on-one as a personal trainer.
Fran has been my personal trainer for over 5 years straight. She is the only trainer I have ever stuck with and committed to in my entire life. She changes up the routine, she is very educated in her field, and I trust her opinions, advice, and knowledge that she so readily shares.

Fran has a wonderful gift of making exercise fun. Her classes not only keep us fit, but are also lots of fun.
