Initial aerobics experience started in German; trained military, private and group sessions for military dependents, returned stateside and continued teaching private and group fitness sessions.     Special thanks to Dr. Bell! She has been an awesome motivator for me. Over the past two years I have struggled with various health challenges and was seeking a new positive experience. She has been more than GREAT! She modifies exercise routines that are more difficult for me to perform. Her positive energies transcends to all who participate in the class. The stretching activities, aerobics, and strength training exercises have improved my ability to be more ‘pain free’. While I am still ‘a work in progress’ I have learned the importance of regular exercise, better nutrition, and a positive attitude. Can’t wait until the next class!

    Dr. Bell, is AMAZING, an AWESOME TRAINER. She is very understanding of your health issues and works with you. Due to my previous Health issues I must Exercise. So I make no EXCUSES and I thank Dr. Bell, for giving of her time and having me as a part of the POTM class. The Ladies in the class are so nice and very helpful. In my eye site Dr. Bell is a Black Woman that Rocks.

    Dr. Bell is an outstanding fitness guru. She helps you not only physically but spiritually as well. She helped me reach my goal weight last year for my birthday. I went from a size 12 to an 8. Her fun and exciting classes makes me keep coming back.

    Dr. Bell is the best trainer ever! She keeps us motivated with fun filled exercises and guides us toward living a better lifestyle. She structures the routines to cater to any pre-existing condition anyone might have. She is very dedicated to helping us to be healthier. She shares information about better ways to eat including healthy snacks which has been a problem for me in the past. Thanks to Dr. Bell I am more fit than I’ve been in years.

    As a former athlete who has struggled for years with health issues and resultant weight gain, getting back into a regular exercise routine was overwhelming. However, working Dr. Faith Bell over the last 4 months I've already lost weight and inches, gained strength and have much more energy! Although I still have way to go, I'm amazed at how far I've come with her guidance. Her energy and expertise are unsurpassed; she makes fitness fun while ensuring you learn proper technique and incorporate appropriate modifications when necessary. She has an innate ability to uncover your potential and challenges you to achieve your goals with confidence. Further, Dr. Bell's holistic approach to fitness not only takes into account exercise, but integrates nutrition and lifestyle changes to assist on your wellness journey. If you're serious about making a significant change in your life, body and mind, you'd be hard pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and committed to helping her clients 'live their best life' as Dr. Bell.
