    E. Faith Bell is proof that an organized group fitness program can produce fit and healthy results. She provides the tools needed for a healthy, well-developed and fit body through diet and an exercise regimen. Stay determined and focused, and you will get results!
    I’m 66 years old, and have participated in organized exercise programs, e.g. Jazzercise, kick boxing; joined fitness club programs; and purchased numerous fitness tapes. All of these programs helped instill in me the necessity of exercise for overall improved health and fitness; but they became routine, repetitive, boring, and lacked the instructor & personal touch.
    Unlike my prior programs, E. Faith’s, “Fit with Faith” program brings “LIFE” to fitness. As a fitness trainer for a number of years, domestically and internationally certified, E. Faith continues to excel and grow her brand. Her knowledge of routines needed for improved fitness far exceeds those of my past experiences. I have never experienced a program where the routine for every class is different for each month, to include cardio/strength, Pilates, Boxing, Yoga, Zumba, Stretching, and Extreme Abs; and a different muscle or body part will let you know after each class.
    E. Faith:
    • tailors fitness sessions to address a fitness need of each participant;
    • encourages and provides personal attention to each participant during every fitness session;
    • promotes and introduces new challenges to help each participant set and exceed personal goals;
    • exercises with the class, and at the same time, keeps a keen eye on all participants; and with “a loving tone of instruction” ensures that proper form and techniques are employed to avoid injury or reduce its chance; and
    • is reliable, comes prepared and is always punctual.
    Through E. Faith’s “Fit with Faith” program and by staying focused, and determined, I have achieved a lower A1C diabetic glucose test reading; and after years I care not to count, my Body Mass Index (BMI) falls within the U.S. Department of Health & Humans Services recommended range for normal and healthy weight.
    E. Faith is the essential ingredient for a fit body of well-toned muscles; and to learn healthier eating habits and a lifestyle to lose weight or reduce the stress in your life. Always challenging and captivating; positive and uplifting; and always with a smile and sometimes in the character of a child having a lot of fun. E.     First Lady Bell, I want to thank you for allowing me to join your fitness classes. I have enjoyed each class thus far immensely. I like that the classes are different each time, which allows for all muscle groups to be challenged. I also like your energy, very motivating! Thanks for all you do in promoting fitness, I am moving and sweating it out!!!!

    It is an awesome experience to train under Dr. Bell who is not only motivated and energetic, but is always improving her craft. She is always learning new things to pass on to us to help us stay fit not just during this time of pandemic, but always pushing and encouraging us to be our best physically fit selves.
