    I have been training with Evelyn for almost 3 years now, and I cannot imagine what my health would be like without her. She has educated me on proper meal plans and has created at home training programs so I can stay on track with my goals. She provides a positive gym environment with inspiring and supportive women which makes sessions fun even when they are hard work. She truly wants each client to reach their full potential, and she will do everything she can to set you up for success.

    Evelyn has challenged me to push myself harder with my strength training than I ever would have allowed myself to before and I have gained new confidence. But being part of the community of ladies has also supported me in the emotional/mental side of weight loss and fitness. Anyone who has lost weight or tried to lose weight before knows that the process can be more of a mental challenge than a physical one and I get both benefits working with Evelyn. I've lost 25 pounds in the past few months and I'm getting stronger with every work out - so I'd say that it's been a success!

    I am not a super motivated exercise enthusiast. I am a 50+ year old Civil Engineer (desk jockey), who enjoys soccer.
    I convinced my mom to go to Eve, to improve her motility, strength & balance. My Mom reciprocated with gift certificates for sessions. That was over a year ago.
    My motivations were to keep up with my 11 year old son, keep playing soccer, and lose weight. I have improved body condition more than I ever would have on my own. I look forward to my sessions with Eve. I do not look forward to exercise in general, but Eve has given me ideas for simple quick things that I can do discretely in my office that will not get me overly sweaty. I may not be a poster child for before/after photos, but I am getting better each and every day, and I enjoy doing it.

    I started with Evelyn 9 months postpartum after trying to lose the baby weight on my own. When that didn’t work, I decided I need to look for a trainer. Evelyn was just the motivator I needed to push myself in the right direction. She is dedicated to making you the best version of yourself. Not only does she push you while she is training you, but she gives you all of the tools you need to be successful at home. Her nutrition guide helps you make smart meal choices and her at home workouts keep you on track throughout the week. She has helped me lose all of my pregnancy weight and she has completely transformed my body. I look forward to my training sessions with her every week.

    I spent most of my life thinking that personal trainers were ridiculous, and only for the lazy who couldn't/ wouldn't work out on their own. Well, turns out I wouldn't work out on my own! Eve made me accountable to myself. Her programming and indomitable spirit taught me that what I thought was exercise wasn't going to reach my goals. She taught me what I need to do in order to reach my goals which include strength, balance and endurance. Her fees are low enough that I could go twice a week, but high enough that I wouldn't call off on a whim. The community of strong supportive women she had built has been a huge positive influence in my life.
