Eva Panelo

Hello! My name is Eva Panelo and I am proud to be one of the trainers at the Clear Creek Recreation Center in Idaho Springs, Colorado. I have been a resident of Clear Creek County since 2003 and a certified ACE Personal Trainer since 1996. As a former PE teacher, physical therapy tech, and outdoor trip leader, I believe I can meet the fitness needs of a variety of people of all ages and interests. My hope is to not only help you reach your fitness goals, but to also help you feel comfortable and knowledgeable in the gym setting.
My personal philosophy for health has always been consistency over perfection. Taking care of oneself can be difficult when life derails your best intentions. My job as a trainer is to help you discovery new ways to stay fit, to give you fresh ideas to spice up your existing work-out, or to help you start a commitment to exercise.
