Erin's classes are energizing and fun (boxing and aquatics), as well as restorative and healing (yoga and Pilates). Modifications are given and smiles abound so that everyone feels welcome in her classes. Erin's main goal is to make her classes enjoyable and safe for all participants so they will be inclined to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. The fitness philosophy Erin follows includes the seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. During leisure time, she and her husband enjoy hiking, fly fishing, and viewing wildlife. Erin's hobbies include making homemade skincare products, learning about America’s First Ladies, and reading cozy mysteries.

    Erin was one of my favorite instructors. She makes you feel at ease right away and her classes are always a good time. She offers modifications for both beginner and advanced so you can get the kind of workout you are looking for that day. Her cardio boxing is upbeat and energetic and she's great about giving you that extra push to make it through. And her yoga class is a perfect way to get rid of the day's stress. She takes the time to explain all the poses and keeps it a judgement free zone which is very relaxing.

    I took several of Erin's classes, everything from Yoga to Cardio Boxing. They were awesome! You don't ever have to worry about looking silly at your first class or slowing everyone else in Erin's class. Erin makes the routines easy to learn while still getting a great workout. She really listens to the class and is always open to suggestions. Her classes are so fun you look forward to coming and feel great after you leave!

    I had the opportunity to take Erin's Yoga class at work. It was a great way to get rid of the stress of the work day and Erin's classes are always great. I really enjoyed her classes and she is always energetic and enthusiastic and ready to help anyone if needed. The classes were informative and fun!
