Erika is awesome. She motivated me to continue working out after an initial effort to get in shape for a race. I trained with her for about 8 months and experienced an amazing increase in strength and flexibility. Highly recommended!

I had decided it was time to stop putting off getting in shape and Erika was exactly the help and support I needed to not only accomplish my goals but to exceed them. She is encouraging and fun with just the right amount of challenging thrown in. Now I know that working with a trainer was and continues to be essential for me and my fitness goals. Erika gets my highest recommendation. All I can say is GO FOR IT!!!!

After having two kids I decided it was time to get back into shape. Erika was just the person to help me do it. After five months of two to three workouts per week, I ran a Five mile Tough Mudder. Not only is Erika fun to workout with, she is very knowledgeable, and knows how to push just hard enough to help you continue to grow. I can't recommend her enough.
