Erik Fredrickson is the founder and president of Prana Fit, Inc., a personal training and fitness consulting company. He is also a certified executive and personal coach. His vision is for all to experience better health, abundant energy, and balance in life. In addition to creating fitness programs for his clients, Erik enjoys presenting workshops, designing gyms, and has consulted and managed for health clubs around the United States. Practicing fitness professionally for over 18 years, he has experience in personal training, holistic health, nutrition and a BA in psychology. Aside from his career as a fitness educator, Erik enjoys writing, paddle boarding, and marital arts. He loves collaborating with his wife Sara, and playing with his son and daughter. Whether it’s exercising or trips to the beach, Erik loves to keep active as a family.

    I have been working out with Erik for several years. Erik is extremely invested in his students.
    I have set several goals while working with Erik and have met them all with his encouragement and attention. Workouts with Eric are very focused and challenging as well as diverse.
    I came to Erik as an athlete with chronic back pain that had been with me for years and that I had tried to alleviate through many different methods. Erik focused on this issue and I no longer have the chronic pain.
    I have accomplished relief of back pain, weight loss, postural alignment as well as relief from a 13 year old injury in my shoulder since working with Eric.
    His sense of humor and kindness are refreshing!

    I love working out with Erik. Erik is not only a great trainer, but an even better person. He makes every workout fun and very challenging. He changes each workout session up so you never know what to expect, which is great because things never get boring. Erik is incredibly knowledgeable about his job and I know every time I workout with him, I learn something new. Workouts with Erik are have become the highlights of my days. Erik is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He has given me great advice about healthy habits and how to treat your body, which I've taken to heart and have seen incredible improvements. Thanks to Erik I am not only in the best shape of my life, but the most confident I've ever felt about my body and the way I look. I've been working out with Erik for a couple of years now and have enjoyed every second of it. Erik becomes more than just a trainer, he has become a close friend of mine. There's no one I rather have be my trainer than Erik.

    I’ve been training with Erik for the past 6 months and cannot say enough amazing things about him. I was very out of shape after my second baby and Erik has helped me get fit and feel better about myself. He’s patient, kind, and only sets you up to succeed in every workout. Erik is a true professional with so much knowledge and expertise in all aspects of fitness. I’m so thankful that I have been able to go through this fitness journey with him.

    Erik is an excellent trainer. He mixes a variety of exercises into every workout - focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility - and escalates reps and intensity as your capabilities increase. So sessions always remain challenging while fun, He's also really good about ensuring that you maintain proper form in order to maximize effectiveness and avoid injury.

    Moreover, Erik's a really great guy and incredibly dedicated to his work; you feel it in your workouts, he's the best & I highly recommend him,

    I have been training with Erik for the last 4 yrs., and he has changed my life even with some injuries. He is extremely Professional and very knowledgeable on Fitness and any related subject. He is very kind and extremely patient , and he always find new ways to make our sessions fun , I am extremely thankful he is in my life ! and i wish i can workout five days a week. He is the BEST!!
