My name is Eric Su. I have been certified since 2000. My specialty is functional fitness trainer. I feel comfortable in small groups and 1 on 1 personal training.
The tools I use include TRX, BOSU Balast Balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands. I enjoy designing cardiovascular routines as well.

I have been with Eric for 4 months. He has a low-key approach, and mixes up the routines every day, emphasizing different muscle groups and equipment. He tailors the workouts to the ability of his clients, constantly pushing limits. The sessions are enjoyable and extremely beneficial. Highest recommendation.
