My name is Eric Su. I have been certified since 2000. My specialty is functional fitness trainer. I feel comfortable in small groups and 1 on 1 personal training.
The tools I use include TRX, BOSU Balast Balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands. I enjoy designing cardiovascular routines as well.
