    I have been working out with Eric for about a year, and he has done wonders for me. I am stronger, have better balance and am more flexible than I ever was before. He is personable, knowledgeable and always very professional. The gym is small but has everything one needs for serious workouts. He plays great music to keep you motivated and he is always there to help and guide you to do the best workout possible.

    When I began my weight loss journey in jan 2013 with Eric I sort of laughed when he introduced me to TRX.I though 45min doing a few movements from some straps was not going to help.Well to date I have lost 55lbs have managed to built incredible lean muscle instead of bulk. I see Eric twice a week and feel the workouts for a few days after. Eric is always switching up to sessions which never gets redundant and keeps you interested. The gym is small but very personable and offers a variety of gym equipment including a couple '' GREEN'' options for cardio.
