Erin Laverone

Each of us is an Athlete in the Game of Life! Our body's are designed to live active lives and to be fueled by wholesome and nutritious foods. With the increasingly sedentary nature of our society and the obesity epidemic sweeping our nation, my main goal is to get as many people moving as possible. It doesn't matter how old you are or what your desired form of movement is - I just want you to move! I believe that physical activity is a key component to living a long, happy, and healthy life. Physical activity challenges us to become not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger as well. Between work, school, and other daily activities, I know first hand that it is hard to find time to commit to a daily physical regimen or to cook a wholesome and nutritious meal, particularly when so much of our society is based around sitting at a desk or in a car, and drive-thrus are prevalent everywhere. It can be quite challenging to get motivated to workout when you're tired from the other demands of your day, especially when you have reached a plateau and are not getting the results you want. I hope to help you prevent plateaus and to reach your fitness and wellness goals by (1) providing you with a fun and personalized physical activity program that is efficient, effective, and safe, (2) providing you with nutritional guidance to help fuel the athlete that is inside of you, and (3) providing you with a listening ear and constructive feedback so that you can express both your stuggles and your goals.
