Emmanuel Munoz

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Dominican Republic. Emmanuel moved to the sunshine state of Florida, when Emmanuel was younger he was an overweight child, he had weight training class every day and he proceeded to buy fitness magazines and pick different exercises to create a routine and lost weight. Then after leaving high school he stopped working out and gained more weight, seeing himself on a picture for new years he saw a 5'8'' 185lbs Emmanuel, that had to change and he got himself and with hard work in 11 months he dropped and got to 155 lbs (almost his high school weight). Manny likes listening to podcast, reading and listening to books, likes to be outside as well as inside, he is not afraid of trying new things, and enjoys the idea of being healthier to be able to move and do things he likes.
