I've been an ACE certified Chicago based personal trainer for 3 years and love helping to guide clients towards their fitness goals. Setting and reaching fitness goals for most can be a difficult task and the road can be long and sometimes frustrating. But with the right attitude, proper plan and guidance, anyone can achieve their fitness goals. As a trainer, I believe that one of my most important jobs is listening to the client. Designing a program that is fun, safe and that gets results is all based on information gained from really listening to the client. Main areas of focus are: Core fitness, fitness kickboxing, senior fitness, TRX training, perhab/rehab fitness, weight loss/general nutrition, general fitness, and making getting in shape fun. : )

    I have been working out with Angela for the past few years and I can say without a doubt she is one of the best trainers I have ever had. She created very challenging workouts for me that matched my fitness level and allowed me to meet my overall work-out goals. She is very skilled at teaching correct exercise techniques and proper nutrition. I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

    Angela is motivational, professional, compassionate and, above all, WANTS TO SEE YOU SUCCEED! Your accomplishments are her bragging rights. Angela will not only walk you through the various training exercises (and I say "various" because I've never had the same workout twice), but she will give you ideas for meals and book suggestions for nutritional improvement. She will teach you the correct form for lifting and you will see that exercises that were difficult in the beginning became easier as you become stronger. You can pick up the knowledge to create your own workouts. Are you serious about losing weight and getting a great shape? Do you want to get stronger and feel energized? Angela is the trainer you need. I'm not kidding. I renewed my contract with Angela 4 TIMES and with each time I saw more and more improvement. Addicting! I NEVER want to use another trainer!

    I have been working with Angela as my trainor for several months in kick-boxing. She is very professional and knowledgable. Since I am a senior and have some medical concerns; she is great at knowing when I need a couple minutes break and how to gauge the training session. She is a terrrific teacher! I highly recommend her!

    Angella is an excellent personal trainer. I lost a lot of weights because of her. She did a wonderful job. In these days she is doing a kwandoflax class and I do every Monday with her. I must say she is awsome. I like her very much because she is very friendly and nice and work hard with everyone.

    Angela is an excellent Personal Trainer. She is flexible, listens to her client, understanding, and yet challenges and supports goals and progress towards those goals. Anyone who is trained by Angela is in for a treat. Part of personal training is having a good time while working hard and moving forward, and Angela is excellent at balancing the need for a challenge while taking into consideration the clients abilities.
