Elizabeth Washko

Hello!
My name is Elizabeth Washko, but everyone likes to call me Biz and I mean business!
I am a newly certified personal trainer working my way into the fitness world and currently working on my "Fitness and Wellness" degree at Northern Arizona University!
I hope to inspire, help, and work hard with the athletes and soon to be athletes out there!
I myself struggled with weight throughout my high school days but I found the gym in college and now I'm here hoping to help others just like myself or those who would like to maintain!
Remember, if you're up and working out no matter what you're doing you're lapping those still on the couch!
