I had taken Pilates from Liz for several years and always was extremely impressed by her attention to detail and extensive knowledge base which Completely sets her apart from other instructors. She is so enthusiastic and makes the classes so fun to be a part of. She is always prepared for class with a specific group of exercises curtailed to her audience. We miss her terribly in Michigan and no one can fill her shoes!

"Liz" was my Pilates Reformer instructor 3 years ago. I've had 2 lower back surgeries and wanted to see if she could help with my lower back pain. Needless to say today I'm nearly pain free, have lost 30 lbs., and shot one of my lowest golf scores in 20 years. She quite literally helped me transform my physical condition through Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Spinning, and Resista Ball Classes I took with her.
She is dearly missed at my Athletic Club!! Anyone that trains with her will not regret it.

"Liz" is an outstanding instructor! Liz was an instructor at my Athletic Club, and for the past 3 years I have taken her classes in Spinning, Mat Pilates, and Pilates Reformer. Liz's classes were always challenging and fun, and constantly updated with new exercises. Liz is one of the few instructor who takes the time to get to know each student (along with their injury concerns) and constantly monitors the classes to insure that participates are doing exercises correctly.
Thanks to "Liz" for developing my "sculpted" body!
To people in Romeoville, IL....please know that you are lucky to have "Liz" in your area for training. I now live hours away and am not able to train with her anymore.
    I highly recommend "Liz"!!
