Elizabeth (Liz) Estabrook-Hatfield

Have worked in the fitness industry for 30+ years. Graduated Summa Cum Laude receiving her B.S. in Sport Management and hold multiple certifications in personal training and group fitness instruction. Have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including community, corporate and private facilities. Experience includes working with a broad range of clients, both male and female, ages 9 to 92 with varying fitness goals, abilities and interests.
