I've been involved in the fitness industry my entire life. I have taught physical education in the public schools and coached several sports. Currently I am a Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor. I also am the owner of Brinker Personal Training Services. I provide p.t. from my home gym for those individuals who prefer more privacy. I love working with people of all ages. Every person I've worked with has inspired and educated me.
