    I have been working out with Liz Bosse for over three years. I was happy the facility was near my home and even happier when I met Liz! She keeps me on track with enthusiastic imput to keep me going! If I get lax, Liz checks to see if I am ok and let's me know she is looking forward to our next session. I need that! If I ever have a physical question or problem, Liz is right there with an answer and helpful suggestions. I value her opinions and professionalism. I have recommended several people to her. She is an asset to any workout facility. She makes you want to do better! And that's a wonderful thing!

    Liz Bosse by far is one of the best trainers for stability and balance, so that while working out it will prevent injury and reduce pain from muscles and joints. she makes sure you maintain core strength and follow a proper diet

    I’ve been training with Liz for 1. 1/2 years and am never disappointed in my workouts. She encoroorates many modalities including but not limited to free weights, machines, TRX, ropes, and kick boxing. Almost every activity involves multiple muscle groups including engaging the core. Workouts are short but intense and make consistent attendance very manageable even with a busy work schedule.

    I have been working with Liz for over two years. She has been most helpful increasing my physical capabilities and developing my core. She watches closely as I do my exercises making sure I do them properly and do not injure myself. She is inspirational and encourages me to exercise on my own time. Proper eating habits are encouraged. The variety of exercises she offers each week always amazes me. I look forward to many more sessions with her. I am 63 years old and she's keeping me young!

    Liz Bosse is a walking, talking encyclopedia of fitness knowledge. She packs more training in a half-hour session than most trainers can accomplish in an hour (trust me, half an hour is enough!!) She possesses the keen ability to tailor a client's workout to their needs and physical limitations. I have been training twice a week with Liz now for several years and am stronger and leaner as a result. If it weren't for Liz, I would find all kinds of excuses not to work out. I love the constant variety of her workouts, her spunk and her great sense of humor. She makes me do things I DON'T WANT TO DO SOMETIMES (such as v-ups), but I always feel great after the sessions. Liz is willing to do whatever is necessary to work around any physical issues. I had my ankle replaced in January and she came to my house twice weekly for about six weeks to help me maintain my overall strength while I was house-bound. I have other nagging issues, such as a bad rotator cuff, and she's able to tweak the training so as not to further irritate that joint. There is no question, she knows her stuff!
