I had been training by Edoardo for over 12 months.
He is one of the most competent fitness trainer never met in my experience...
That I could see has been a big difference in my overall shape, tone and endurance.
I really believe he is a trainer who may push you up to your extreme limits, but never forgetting to that ALL of us does have limits . . . . :)
He is also very expert in nutrition as well and he can support you to make necessary changes in your alimentation, if necessary.
All above said, I would proactively recommend him to anyone as a personal trainer.

I have been training with Edoardo for almost 6 months and I can see a big difference in my overall tone and endurance. He is a great trainer that pushes you while understanding your limits. I have had trainers in the past that push too hard which could result in injury. Edoardo is very knowledgable in nutrition as well and can guide you to make the changes necessary in your lifestyle so you can get the best benefit out of your workouts. He gives great advice in caring for an injury during workouts for example I had a sprained ankle which he has helped me strengthen. I highly recommend Edoardo as a personal trainer to anyone.

Edoardo lights up my fitness regime.He keeps me motivated and focused while at the same giving me permission to set my own pace. As an older woman with arthritis, Edoardo understands my limitations yet he believes in me. Edoardo not only challenges me, but he challenges himself by staying up to date and not afraid of trying new things.I really recommend him !
