I am an avid trail runner, mud run enthusiast and outdoor lover. When I'm not running or racing I love to hike, mountain bike and go backpacking. Then in my down time I am a bit of a bookworm. I have made my own workout programs for about the past five years, for myself, friends and family. Now, ready to take it to the next level, I've gotten my personal trainer certification (NESTA) and have become a Certified Outdoor Fitness Instructor. I love fitness, nutrition and creating functional workouts that utilize all muscles for everyday use.

At first I thought Erica's classes/workouts were a little more than I was looking for in a fitness routine but at the end of the first class I felt energized, motivated and like I had really accomplished something good for my body. I feel that I get a better work out in just the hour spent with her than I would get spending 2 hours at a gym.

Erica's Bootcamp is a fun way to get into shape. The workouts are short, but intense. Which is great for my busy life. At 45 minutes/ 3 days a week, I feel stonger and happier and I have only been doing it for 2 weeks!
