I'm triple gold certified with Ace/Idea which means I was one of the first 500 people to be certified in these 3 areas listed below. I've built and owned my own fitness center in 1981. It was the first in our area to be co-ed. We have 2800 members now. I've sold it but still work there as Program Director , Personal Trainer and instructor. I really love Zumba but am trained to teach most anything except spin. I love working with people as I taught elementary school for 25 years; part of that time I was also in fitness. I also have a post exercise specialist and medical exercise specialist certification along with the Yogafit 200 hour certification, AFFA wt. certification. I was a competitive body builder from 1986 to 1992 and came back to win a masters in 2002. Now my passion is Zumba even at my age.
