    My wife and I have both been training with Dianne for two years. As others have noted, her sessions use a great variety of exercises, which she changes from week to week, so sessions are never the same and never boring. She is great at adjusting the sessions to one's needs. In addition, Dianne is very responsible, always on time, and highly sensitive to the needs of her client. We can recommend her without reservation.

    Diane is a knowledgable, capable, and practical trainer. She has helped me significantly with flexibility and core strength issues related to a chronically bad back. Slowly but surely she has helped me gain flexibility and has ameliorated the pain. She can be demanding but in a good way and is always sensitive to what is working and what is not and whether a particular exercise is uncomfortable. I highly recommend her.

    I started my sessions with Diane in November and since then I have seen great results! Diane is very patient and makes each session enjoyable by switching up the routine. After the holiday's I decided I wanted to sign up for another round of sessions! I never thought I would enjoy exercising this much! Thank you Diane for all you are doing to get me back in shape!

    I am so happy I met Dianne!
    I first met with her a few weeks ago and she did a thorough evaluation of my needs. She has set up many different exercises for me to help with my hip and neck stiffness as well as balance and core. She is very supportive and caring and is such a wonderful person to work with. She has set me up with " homework " as well. Her one on one attention has been a blessing as in group classes you can sometimes injure yourself more with incorrect form...

    My training sessions with Dianne have been really great. She uses a wide variety of exercises so it never feels routine. Dianne challenges you without making you feel overwhelmed. She always stays conscious of how you respond to all the exercises and will modify/increase the difficulty based on your fitness level. After just a few sessions, I could already start to see results. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
