I don’t recall exactly what inspired me to seek out a gym membership for the first time in my late twenties, but I know that my life hasn’t been the same since. I received so many benefits from regular exercise; improved sleep, stress reduction, weight loss, improved cardiovascular capacity, and an overall increased appreciation for living! I was so grateful for all that I gained as a result of regular exercise that I decided to make it my career. It’s now my passion to facilitate that discovery for others by helping clients establish attainable goals and stay motivated to achieve them.
