Denise Shaw

Denise has over 20 years Pilates and Personal Training experience. She teaches in her private studio that is equipped with top of the line equipment including a Reformer, Cadillac/Trap Table, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel, cables w/stacked weight, free weights, and kettlebells in addition to strength and functional/balance training equipment. Denise also has 7 years experience working as a Group Pilates teacher and Health and Wellness coaching for a major healthcare system. She offers either Pilates focused or Functional Fitness training sessions depending upon goals and preference.

Denise's safe, private environment is the perfect solution for those who prefer not to exercise in a gym or group setting.

Diagnosed with scoliosis at age 13 followed by spinal fusion of 11 vertebrae, Denise understands limitations and approaches each individual with empathy and compassion. Through extensive training and practical experience, Denise is able to work with all back issues and help individuals regain a higher quality of life.
