    I just finished the Halloween fat flush challenge with Denise and I have nothing but great things to say about her!! I was skeptical going in to this.. Denise left the choice to do it completely up to me.. No pressure, no pushing, just a positive "you can do it" attitude. I decided to do the challenge and I am so thankful that I did!! I have been overweight my entire life and have been losing weight for about 5 months now. I was at the same point in my weight loss, before this challenge, that I had quit before. This challenge has lunged me in the right direction toward the second half of my weight loss journey!! There is no going back now! I truly believe this challenge is very doable for anyone! The people I met in this group including Denise have changed my life!! I know how to eat without starving now! And I am very happy with the results I got in just 5 days. Before this challenge it was taking me 2 weeks to get the same results I just got in 5 days! FIVE DAYS!!! Denise you are amazing at what you do. Thank you for changing my life in the best way possible!!

    Denise is fantastic! Very supportive and keep me motivated. This 5 day challenge was great and love the ways she keeps the information informative and fun. Love the amount of ideas she hash given me to do a better job on eating clean. Thanks Denise!

    Denise is amazing. She is changing my life. I am learning how to move and how to eat in a way that maximizes my weight loss. She is teaching me a new way to live healthy, how to look at food and fitness positively, how to incorporate it into my everyday life, and how to engage my family in the process. Denise inspires me as a mom, a coach, and as a woman.
