I’ve been working in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years as both a Group Exercise Leader and a Personal Trainer (under Dr. Donald Chu Hayward State University. I've continued my education by becoming a certified NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified and an ACE Health Coach. In addition, I have been working for a medical device company in the cardiac and vascular care (heart disease) business since 1989. I’m more excited than ever to be in this industry! Using my combined education from preventative, corrective, nutrition, and balanced lifestyle, I’m able to design effective programs to see results, correct muscle imbalances, improve stabilization, help you lose weight, increase strength and more.

    Debbie is, by far, the most competent trainer I know. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to be successful and to feel their best. She provides an integrated, well thought out workout as well as the most up to date information on nutrition and exercise out there. She is never reckless but you will not get away with an easy day of working out when you train with her! Debbie has the ability to make even the most arduous exercises fun while also ensuring that you are doing them properly....she is a stickler for form and the use of corrective exercises in order to attain and maintain your body's health and wellness. I cannot recommend Debbie enough!

    Debbie is the best trainer I know. She is knowledgable, inspirational, and always gives you the best bang for your buck. She challenges me every work out with the most up to date exercise science behind each exercise and I always know that I wont get hurt! She is very mindful of taking care of of the body while making the body more fit! Debbie is also very knowledgable about nutrition and feeding the mind with the peace that it needs to take your mental and physical health to the next level. I can't say enough great stuff about Debbie.
