I have been passionate about health and wellness my whole life! I became a Registered Nurse over 25 years ago to make a difference in the lives of others. I currently practice in Labor and Delivery. Health promotion is the journey that I am on and why I am a wellness coach. I am comprehensively with BASI Pilates. I am certified in Pre/Postnatal Pilates through the Center For Women's Fitness. I love to work with all ages of men and women and all fitness levels to bring balance to the body and to life!
